Pretty straight forward process. Do well on the video step and you will be invited to the panel interview. Time can vary between recruitment steps but 2 weeks is usually the make or break. Final decision takes time if you are not selected right away.

After that, I was asked a series of behavioral questions, along with technical questions that were presented in a behavioral style—for example, asking how I approached a specific challenge or solved a technical problem in a past experience. Overall, the interview focused heavily on communication, problem-solving mindset, and how well you can work in a team.
