they asked good questions and tested language knowledge so that they could be sure that i will be able to handle the job both in email and chat which i believe is important

Asked questions about previous experience, they gave me situations and asked me how I would handle them. It was quite laid-back and chill, the interviewers introduced themselves as team leaders and explained a little about the company.
