it was fairly simple applied online and got contacted about a week after through email by a recruit who wanted to do a phone interview.the phone interview was pretty standard questions like why i wanted to work for telus etc. After that i was contacted again for another interview with the store manager after that interview which was kinda different because they were asking questions in a sense to get the feel of how you woulld fit in thier team.after that was done i was contacted through email for a back check after that was done i was contacted a few days later with them offering me the job
Very thorough - well thought out interview. interviewer was nice and experienced, pretty standard interview questions all around. there was also the ability to converse about the job and the responsibilities during and after the interview.
J'ai postulé via une autre source. J'ai passé un entretien chez TELUS (Edmonton, AB)

Interview questions were pretty straightforward, questions about why you should be hired, and what will you bring to the team. I gave them scenery of how have been of great helps to customers, have had over positive feedback from customers over the years.
They ask you typical questions about customer service and solving people's problems. As long as you have ears on your head you can answer the questions they give you. Usually they sit outside the store and do the interview. Be prepared to have distractions walking around you.
