Very smooth and automated, ypu go through some character based questions and have a video recording of 3 questions (3 minutes to answer each). The questions mainly ask about your scenarios you've encountered and what what the action you took.

The interview process focses on behavioral assessments and technical screenings. Candidates are tested on the "CAR" method, focusing on safety, leadership, and on job competence through structured and in depth questions.
The first round is a recorded video interview. You need to record some videos based on their questions. There were 3 questions or me, which is not very unique. About your project, your interest in Shell.
