The pre interview requries recording responses with hirevue. Once selected there is a live interview, which featured mainly behavioral and personality based questions a case study. Of course time at the end to clear up any more questions.

Shell’s interview process usually begins with online assessments and progresses to a Final Assessment, which includes a business case study presentation and a behavioral interview. Throughout the process, assessors evaluate your problem-solving ability, communication skills, leadership potential, teamwork, adaptability, commercial awareness, and how you approach complex business challenges and decisions.

The interview process focses on behavioral assessments and technical screenings. Candidates are tested on the "CAR" method, focusing on safety, leadership, and on job competence through structured and in depth questions.
The first round is a recorded video interview. You need to record some videos based on their questions. There were 3 questions or me, which is not very unique. About your project, your interest in Shell.
