I applied online and received an email the next day to complete an assessment as the next part of the process. There was a behavioral assessment and a mathematics assessment. Once I completed these two assessments, I received an email for an interview. The interview was 1-hour. Make sure you can elaborate on every experience they ask you about for 10 minutes each. They ask about 9 followup questions for each question. The questions became hard to answer because it felt like the answers had already been stated in the previous 8 questions they asked.

Shell’s interview process usually begins with online assessments and progresses to a Final Assessment, which includes a business case study presentation and a behavioral interview. Throughout the process, assessors evaluate your problem-solving ability, communication skills, leadership potential, teamwork, adaptability, commercial awareness, and how you approach complex business challenges and decisions.

The interview process focses on behavioral assessments and technical screenings. Candidates are tested on the "CAR" method, focusing on safety, leadership, and on job competence through structured and in depth questions.
The first round is a recorded video interview. You need to record some videos based on their questions. There were 3 questions or me, which is not very unique. About your project, your interest in Shell.
