Passed the assessments and made it to Shell Recruitment Day. The day was really long and you were being observed at all times. The interviewer that I had lunch with were the ones that end up interviewing me in the behavioural interview parts. Throughout the day make sure you show that you exhibit the characteristics/values that they are looking for. Be creative in answering your questions in the case studies!
