Apply Online on website of shell. First make your profile and upload your resume and cover letter. Complete their form and you will get the link for test 1 after submitting the form. Complete the first test to get the link for second test. After completing both tests you will get an invitation for PI or telephonic interview, if you qualify.

Entretien
Self video screening interview and then only the select candidates move forward with actual interview. It seems very few are filtered through AI filtering. They tell you if you aren't selected within few days.
The first round is a general screening with two components. the first is multiple choice where you are put in plausible situations at work regarding following guidelines. Then there is a personality quiz, and finally 3 prerecorded interview questions with unlimited attempts

They first took an assesment of my behavioural compatability and other such information, technical round is usually conducted later after the above assesment to see if you can fit in the company culture
