Applied in December 2020, HR called me for a phone interview on Jan 2021. Screened me and then gave my schedule for final interview. Still awaiting the result of my assessment

Tell me about a time wherein you had to work with someone older than you/more senior than you; describe the experience. Did you encounter any difficulties during? How did you address those difficulties
One-to-one interview. The interviewers are friendly and professional, creating a comfortable environment for open dialogue. Encouraging candidates to showcase their skills. Initial Screening: A brief phone call to discuss your background, interests, and fit for the role. Final round: Interview with senior team members or department heads.

the interview process was nice and the interviewers were friendly. they ask me a lot about myself and what I expect from this company. the interview was not stressful at all
Interviews about job skills and about past experiences - done with interviewers who were trained in the interview process and followed a script. Also talked to a recruiter before that who asked basic stuff about background and salary expectations.
