Achievement: Proudest Achievement, Obstacles encountered, Strategies to overcome and what have you learnt in the process.
Relationship: Situation where you had a disagreement with another party, Strategies to overcome, communication style, and what if you had a stronger stand over others' opinions, what do you do?

The Shell interview process was pretty thorough and definitely gave me a good sense of the company culture.
The AI video interview, was a few pre-recorded questions. I had a limited amount of time to prepare my answers,

Three-part interview with cognitive assessment, video recording and panel interview. I got to the second stage and am still in progress for the third panel interview according to their website.
