The interview started with back and forth email communications. Then a few weeks later I got a phone call to set up an interview. The first interview went fine and I was offered to go in for an interview with the managers. Talked about my skills and answered some behavioral questions. A week later I got a phone call from Shell telling me my skills doesn't meet their requirement for the position I wanted.
