Very professional and smooth process albeit slightly drawn out. Had three rounds of interview with different people within the team and one business partner. The interviews were quite relaxed - probably the most relaxed across all companies I have been to. Important to find someone to internally refer you and you should be set. The hiring hurdle (unless for MBAs or fresh grads) is quite ok.
