My interview was arranged through the IT Consultancy Agency I worked for at the time. I applied internally to a position posted through the internal assignment system. The request for a Migration Management replacement was urgent so I got informed within a day or two I was invited for an interview. The interview was conducted by my Program Manager the same week in a face 2 face interview.

Mainly the interview revolved around my experience with managing application migrations from physical to virtual hosting platforms and especially the people skills and attention to detail required during these often complex and lengthy projects.
