Straightforward, first stage is an invite to a hirevue page to take different assessments and a final recorded interview comprised of three questions. First part of the assessment is some situational judgement based on hypothetical scenarios developing in office as an employee. Second part is devoted to personal questions and how likely/unlikely your relate to different scenarios. The third part is the recorded interview with 3 separate questions which give ample time to prepare.
