The interview itself wasn’t bad. However, I wish they practiced diversity, equity and inclusion. All the selected candidates from the interview were all whites. Sephora should do better. They never even got back to the rest of us after the interview process. Visited the store and found the new hires.
The interview process was pretty easy. They were all very nice and understanding when I worked there. Management was patient and always available to listen to any concerns or questions.
easy not that hard would recommend nene e e. enenene and a bit like that for the most important of things i know but the most basic thing to to anyone but me if they have the chance of being a better player and

Not difficult. Straight forward. Great team and culture. Enthusiastic interviewer and good questions . Can consider for a long term role and seem to have good benefits and hours . Love the branding
