Was invited to apply from a recruiter on LinkedIn. First interview was an interview with the hiring manager. Second interview was a technical interview with a manager from a related team. Now, up till this point the interview process was great. Quick scheduling, responsive recruiter, and good vibes from the interviewers. After the second interview, a third interview and final interview was to be scheduled with the director. That interview never came. I reached out to the recruiter multiple times over email asking about the delay and received no response over the course of two weeks. I then finally called the recruiter who told me that she was sorry that she didn't have an update and that the hiring team was being evasive. The lack of a response was simply unprofessional. After a few more days, the recruiter told me they were passing on my application because the team adjusted the role to hire someone more senior. Overall, the interview experience was very disappointing as I was interested in the role and the team. Hopefully my experience was a one-off but overall it was disorganized and a negative experience.

3. Developer skill check. It was online testing. About programming, git, algorithm, SQL.
4. Face to Face Interview
