I got a phone call from an Assistant Manager who did a short phone interview with me. She asked basic questions about my interests in the company, industry, and position. She also asked about my skills and experience, and how they pertain to the position. I was then called in for a group interview with the Store Director and/or Assistant Manager. The interview was a little more in-depth regarding interests with the company and beauty industry. Once hired, group orientation was 3 days and then we trained on the floor.

Pretty standard interview. A lot of the questions emphasized selling to the customer so focus on that. If they ask what your favourite product is, don’t just say what it is. Try to sell it to the interviewer.

Entretien
10 minute call over the phone, asked maybe around 10 ish common interview questions. Relatively easiy interview process and then they ask about availability, right to work, etc. at the end.
During the group interview process, all participants were asked the same set of structured questions. These included questions about industry knowledge, customer service skills, and several realistic scenario-based problem-solving situations.
