I had 4 rounds of interviews with multiple leads hosting each interview. The questions asked in each round were pretty standard and a bit generic. After the first 2 rounds, the process seemed to get a bit repetitive in my opinion, but I understand that interviews are not only to see about qualifications, but also to see if the candidate is going to be a good fit on the team. So, getting a chance to meet more of the team is never a bad thing, especially in an interview

Question 1
Didn't really find any very difficult. If you do your research or simply have a passion for the company and for being in a management/leadership role, you should have no problems.

I applied online to sephora & within 2 days I received a phone call asking to come in for a group interview. I had never been in a group interview so I didn't know what to expect. My first thought is, "some of these girls are probably going to eat me alive in there." I was extremely nervous. I got to the location where I had to be interviewed, I was the third girl there out of 6. After waiting about 10 minutes, one of the supervisors called is to follow him. He led us to a stairway and we went downstairs to the interview room. All 6 of us sat in a circle and another supervisor met with us. The first things they did were introduce us and welcome us. They then asked us to introduce ourselves and tell why we wanted to work for sephora. After about 2 questions I became really comfortable. Both supervisors were extremely nice and made us feel very comfortable. The guy that was there even made jokes. The questions they asked were really easy, if you're somewhere at the end of the circle it's good because you get to hear what other people say so you have time to say something better. After all of the questions were answered we were told that we would get a call for a second interview. This time with the store director. I was confident but still nervous because I wasn't sure if I would get that call. Around 7pm, I got the call for a second interview to come in the next day at 10am. I was extremely excited. The next morning I went to sephora, I noticed another young lady waiting with me. But I'd never seen her before. Maybe she got interviewed at a different time then I, which she did. Once again we were led downstairs where we would be interviewed. I had no idea we would be interviewed together, but we were. The store director who interviewed us was very humble and down to earth, some questions she asked were similar to the ones from the previous interview. I knew that I did really well, and I was confident that I was going to get hired. She made it very clear that if we didn't hear from her by monday, then we should know what that means. I stood by my phone for that entire weekend hoping for a phone call. When Monday came, I didn't receive a call. I was very disappointed. But the following day, I received a call from them saying that they needed to speak to 2 out of 3 of my references. So at this point I knew they wanted me. 2 days later I received another call from sephora offering me a position. I was so excited!!! So this Sunday is when I will be starting my training. I wish all of you wonderful people luck on your hiring process. Just be yourself. It is really the easiest interviewing process I ever did. Good luck!!!!
