A lot of steps required with various people within the organization. The recruitment team are responsive. The 45 minute presentation meeting can be a little intense. Don’t overthink or over complicate it. Overall, the base pay isn’t up to par with other SaaS companies, IMO.

The recruiter speaking with me only asked about my most recent work experience at a FAANG company and did not want to know about my 8 years of previous experience where I was doing full cycle sales and had been closing sales for years. Not exactly an ideal way to recruit. Please ask additional questions from previous experience as well. You never know, the candidate may have done relevant experience.
