J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Salesforce (Chicago, IL) en nov. 2024
Entretien
The interviewer was based in a different country and geo than where I was interviewing. They seemed to dislike me right out the gates, giving attitude within the first 2-3min on simple stuff like asking how they're doing etc. From there it was just downhill, they "didn't believe" my answers, the recap they sent to the recruiter afterwards showed that they straight up weren't listening, as they misquoted most of what I said and listed info "on my resume" that was not there. I'm not sure if they thought they were in a different interview or what, but I've never interviewed without receiving an offer, and this time I didn't even wait and told the recruiter it was such a negative experience to just decline my application.
