I recently went through the interview process with Salesforce, and I wanted to share my experience for anyone considering a sales or business role there. The process started with a recruiter reaching out after reviewing my resume. We had a 30-minute screening call, where they asked about my background in B2B SaaS sales, my experience managing pipeline and deal cycles, and my familiarity with Salesforce products. The recruiter was friendly and gave me insights into the role and team structure. Unfortunately we didn't continue as Salesforce requires all staff to move and work from Ireland, it doesn't suit me

The process was very smooth. I was updated by the recruiter every step of the way and I've met very amazing people. I believe the outcome was only a matter of time.
