There is a lack of communication throughout the entire process. Salesforce ghosts and freezes alot of positions and are very slow with responding even with a referral. It might be due to the overall state of the industry and post grad positions.

Screen Call - Asked Product Questions instead of just behaviourals. Would definently recommend going through some basic product design and strategy questions before taking that call. Wasn't too hard to ask "How would you improve Slack"
2 rounds 4 interviews total, nice interviewers. combination of behavioral and product. pretty fast response time, but they did take a week to get back to me on final decision

Interview process was very smooth. This was for APM Intern. Phone screen, then 45 minute behavioral, then 2 45-minute back to back product design and analytics for final round. Cases were quick, specific to Salesforce.
