The assigned HR representative was accommodating and responsive. They provided guidance and expectations for each phase of the interview process. The first round was with HR, the second round with a people manager, and the final round was a panel interview which included a presentation to the panel.

After speaking with HR, there is a two-round interview process. The first interview is behavioral and conversational. The second is a panel interview -- the candidate prepares a presentation and walks through it with the interviewers. Its not a "role play" presentation -- you need to summarize a project you've worked on and exemplify your executive presence.
