It was pretty standard. I applied to the role and received an email reply from a recruiter about a week or two later to set up an initial phone screening. The phone screening was pleasant, she set me up really well to succeed in the next interview with the CD. The interview with the CD was very transactional feeling, she'd ask a question - I'd answer it. She'd then move on to the next; no real rapport back and forth. It didn't feel very organic and felt a bit awkward.

Entretien
The recruiter who initially contacted me at Salesforce was very friendly and was in constant communication with me throughout the interview process. He was very knowledgeable about the role and benefits package. I had 3 individual interviews and was given a design assignment that I had to present to a panel who then had the opportunity to ask questions. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and gave great insights into the team and Salesforce in general. The whole process moved pretty quickly. It was only a month from my phone screen to being presented with an offer.
