Call with HR and then follow up call with Hiring manager, both were not too difficult. Depending on role they may do a skill test and multiple rounds with team members. I was interviewed and they said I didn’t have enough experience which felt like a waste of my time and theirs. I have a bad feeling from the company and will no longer pursue a role with them.

It was more of a lengthy interview process and they were certainly diligent about making sure to find the right one! Be sure to study up and take notes after each interview.

Process took a full month. Phone Screening with recruiter, 45 Minute interview w/ Hiring Manager & Final round was an additional 5 45 minute interviews with stakeholders. No technical portion just situational questions. Recruiter never got back to me after final interview stage - completely ghosted. To go through a full interview process & desicate your own time without getting any closure is completely unnacceptable for a company to do. It tells me where their priorities lie. It indicates to me that, To them, you are just another number & they don't act w/ empathy to their employees. I'm glad I wasn't offered a position here. Wouldn't want to work for a company like this.

The interview process began with a 30-minute phone screen with the recruiter, then there was a 30-minute hiring manager video interview, and next was a 30-minute team member video interview
