I was referred by a former coworker who now works at Salesforce. My first interview was with the hiring manager to review the job roles/responsibilities and how my background would match the position. My second interview was a technical interview. I was asked to give examples of solutions for specific scenarios and had to be able to answer some basic product questions. My final interview was the panel where I presented a recent customer solution. Overall the process took about 2.5 to 3 weeks from initial chat with a recruiter to receiving an offer.
