Applied online. Recruiter reached out and continued to stay connected with me throughout the process. I interviewed with the hiring manager and then moved onto an interview with a senior solution engineer on the team. My final interview was a panel interview with an Account Executive, Hiring Manager and another Solution Engineer. I had to create and present a case study.
The application was straightforward 3 steps in total one with the recuirter, HM interview and a panel. The panel was quite challenging. I felt like i walked into a cold room immediately.

Un percorso di selezione strutturato prevede diverse fasi: un primo colloquio HR conoscitivo, un approfondimento tecnico, e infine un panel in cui presentare tramite demo una soluzione costruita sugli specifici requisiti dell’azienda fittizia, seguendo uno storytelling chiaro ed efficace.

- 2 interview avec Managers SE
- Panel (mise en situation et démo produit) - étape clé
- Interview VP pour validation
