Process was average. Consisted of 4 rounds. 1 hr round, 1 technical panel interview followed by manager round and director round. The interview was not too easy, not too difficult. Process was smooth .

First round was purely technical . It included topics like visual force pages , data loader , apex programs , integration , automation , projects
The interview was a Skype interview and ran for almost an hour.
I gave right answers of 6-7 / 10 questions .
But I was very confident. That's the key.

Had three rounds of interview . First two technical skype interviews and the third was a manager face to face round . In the first two rounds , started off with basic experience related and few technical questions as related to the job post you have applied . The third round was more of the managerial skills and how good are you at communicating .
