I applied for a role that I was interested in a separate geography that I was originally located in. Salesforce being a Global company also recognized the referral and went through the interview through Google Hangout. I appreciate the process and it took a few months as teams from Singapore, Australia and India interviewed me for the role.

Nice and polite verbal tone. But the interview screen was only a short 15 minutes. Not willing to give time for me to ask my questions nor really get to know me. Subtle insider arrogance — listed a lot of jargon and abbreviations, and assuming that I know all of Salesforce’s insider jargon even though I’m an outsider. Tone was weird ... It’s like they expected me to interrupt them during the middle of her talking … but she never actually gave any break or invitation to jump in and explain my qualifications. Very rude interview style wrapped up in niceness.

Entretien
The interviews were 5 individual people plus the insiders program. Each interview only 30 minutes long so very abbreviated. Too abbreviated I think. Mostly seem to be looking for fit.

The interview process is long and very thorough. I went through 6 interviews 4 of which where panel interviews. I did not have to present a fictional Salesforce based scenario, but I understand this is common in the last panel process today.
