By far one of the more rewarding interview processes I’ve been through. Each person I spoke with wants you to be successful in the process and engaged in a more conversational interview style so you really get to know each other. They are very transparent through the entire process in terms of the role, the team, and that you’re up against other candidates. It starts with a phone interview with hiring manager and then several phone interviews with the team and then a final panel presentation.
2 interviews one with HR, one with manager and then panel interview.
Then salary discussion and then a very excellent onboarding trajectory. Last step when you get hired is a full background check.

Fantastic and seamless process overall. Salesforce really showed their culture throughout the process. From Recruiting to the hiring team, everyone was kind, professional, and empathetic. I cannot say enough good things about Salesforce.
