I was impressed with the transparency of everyone who participated in the interview process. They were as concerned about me making sure this was the right fit for me as me being the right fit for the position.

All the questions were expected for the position I was applying for.
2 interviews one with HR, one with manager and then panel interview.
Then salary discussion and then a very excellent onboarding trajectory. Last step when you get hired is a full background check.

Fantastic and seamless process overall. Salesforce really showed their culture throughout the process. From Recruiting to the hiring team, everyone was kind, professional, and empathetic. I cannot say enough good things about Salesforce.

1: intervista HR in cui chiedono esperienza lavorativa e ti speigano la posizione
2: intervista hiring manager, leggermente tecnica
3: panel in cui fare una sorta di presentazione ad un team
