I have been contacted by the recruiter after I applied to the position. The first interview was a general screening by the recruiter. I have been informed that after the screening, hiring manager would have a phone interview then I will be asked onsite interview.

After speaking with HR, there is a two-round interview process. The first interview is behavioral and conversational. The second is a panel interview -- the candidate prepares a presentation and walks through it with the interviewers. Its not a "role play" presentation -- you need to summarize a project you've worked on and exemplify your executive presence.

The process was smooth. The HR team kept me informed of everything that was happening and the next steps. The interviewers were knowledgeable about the topics, and the conversations were productive.
