Got referred through internal employee referral. Had first phone interview in a week, a mixture of behavioral and technical questions. Total of 1 phone interview and a trip to headquarters location for in-person interview loop. Took about 4 weeks from start to finish. The people in the in-person interviews were wonderful. All of them were very smart, laid-back and understanding.

Typical set up. Meet with Recruiter, hiring manager and then 2 more rounds (one with panel). Very quick turn around. Discussed examples of situations. Thought provoking questions, good conversation about the role and Salesforce culture.
