I was very impressed with the interview process! The HR staff was organized. Each person I interacted with did a great job communicating next steps, timing and would send follow-up emails.

Entretien
The interview process consisted of 2 one-on-one interviews with various Directors, a one-on-one interview with a peer and a final group panel presentation where i was required to present a case study demonstrating my knowledge of the role and my experience in the industry.

A common question was articulating what my understanding of the role was. They also were questioning in regards to my knowledge and hands on experience across not just the product relating to the role but other Salesforce products

Le processus a été relativement long pour cause de vacances entre décembre et janvier.
Très tôt dans le processus Salesforce s'est montrée intéressée. Il s'agissait essentiellement de valider les compétences et le match.
