I applied for Customer success agent tier 2 at Salesforce Hyderabad location through internal reference. I know that Salesforce is one of the best companies to work for so I was really looking forward for this opportunity. But the interview went on for more than 3 months. I am really fed up with the interview process and the recruitment team. I completed my last round a month ago which was Director's round of interview. Since then I am waiting for them to revert back. They boost about being lightning fast and customer centric. I expect them to encourage their recruitment team to imbibe these values. They don't revert and post repeated follow ups all I get to know is that they are still evaluating. Seriously, 1 month after all rounds and still evaluating. I am ok if you tell me that I am not selected but please provide a feedback at least.

It was a smooth process. All my interviews were scheduled like clock work and also via video calls I did not have to go to salesforce offices. This was a referral. The interviews were thorough and good.
They focused on my technical knowledge as well as me .i was happy with the process.
