My interview process involved a 30 minute telephone call via recruiter followed by an interview panel of 2 hours at Salesforce EMEA HQ in Dublin. The HR recruiter was super friendly and approachable, always ready to answer any queries I had. The process was very straightforward - once I passed the call I was moved to the final round which involved a panel interview with two Sales Managers and lasted one hour. I was required to prepare a 15 minute presentation and answer questions based on what I presented. I then carried out a mock sales call together with the panel. Following this I had a 30 minute 1:1 interview with the Sales Director. I was then informed that I'd receive an answer in a maximum period of 5 days. My interview took place on a Thursday and I received my offer the following Tuesday. Overall the process was one of the best interview processes I'd ever attended. All my interviewers were pleasant, encouraging and very supportive.
