The process was quite lengthy and very time consuming. I was paired with the hiring manager who coached me for the presentation and while the coach was helpful, sometimes my emails were not answered for a few days. I had to do a few dry runs prior to presentation day where the coach gave me tips to improve delivery. My presentation incorporated all the feedback and wasn't much different than the dry run I did where they said I did a good job, so I have no clue what it is they wanted.
I also thought it was sort of rude that the whole room didn't pay attention at all because they were on their phone or typing away on their computer.
I get that they are looking for a good fit, but in the end it really seems like they are looking for a person that checks all the boxes and are not really interested in training anyone.

What type of metrics would you use to show the success of SF?
The application was straightforward 3 steps in total one with the recuirter, HM interview and a panel. The panel was quite challenging. I felt like i walked into a cold room immediately.
