Screening with recruiter, following by interviews with other success managers to size up skills and experience for role. Then moved on to group/panel interview that entailed interview questions along with a presentation

Tell us how you would go about establishing a new relationship with a CMO in this role.
After speaking with HR, there is a two-round interview process. The first interview is behavioral and conversational. The second is a panel interview -- the candidate prepares a presentation and walks through it with the interviewers. Its not a "role play" presentation -- you need to summarize a project you've worked on and exemplify your executive presence.

The process was smooth. The HR team kept me informed of everything that was happening and the next steps. The interviewers were knowledgeable about the topics, and the conversations were productive.
