I was referred by an employee. A recruiter emailed me back to set up a discovery call - she was
warm, reassuring and knowledgable - she gave me awesome tips for my interview and was very encouraging and supportive! Next step was a panel interview with managers and peers - it was an intense process, lots of thought-provoking questions but everyone is super friendly and warm. The team made me feel right at home and was more supportive than intimidating. If you want to get a job at SF, make sure you do some trails to learn more about the product, get to know their culture, values and philanthropic values - it's truly a magical place. Be a master of story telling and avoid answering questions in a predictable way, be yourself and be unique. A couple of days after my interview, I got a call from my recruiter with feedback from the team and I got my offer.

The interview process included a 30 - minute phone screen with HR, a 1 - hour interview with the hiring manager focusing on sales experience and CRM knowledge, and a final role - play exercise simulating a cold call to a prospect.

Great experience during 3 sets of challenging interviews. Firstly with the recruiter (30 min call), and then 2 sets of interviews with your hiring manager and with an additional person from the company. Very responsive and quick process as well with hiring manager and with recruiter too.
