I first talked to an technical recruiter at the fall WPI career fair and applied both online and directly through the card they gave me. Next I was contacted for a short phone screen and was asked to come onsite shortly after (a few days). Onsite I went through 4 ~45 minute technical interviews and was given an offer the same day.

The interview process was great.
The interviewing staff was very conforting and welcoming. It felt like a normal conversation where you would just talk between coworkers about your experience and about interesting thing that have happened in your professional journey.

Two rounds, first one technical (LC), second one three individual rounds of HR/behavioral, technical (design/practical), technical (LC). First one an hour, second one three hours long.
Overall, people are very nice, but got unlucky with one of the interviewers in the second round.
