Applied during the combined university internship application periods.
Received the call informing of the interview date and time approx 1-2 weeks after applications closed.
Interviewed with 1 Director from the team that I eventually joined. Quite a casual atmosphere and the usual interview questions were asked (competency- and behavioural- based).
Offer was extended 1 week later via call, followed by email with offer letter.
Overall, it was a relatively smooth and efficient process.

Embarking on a two-step interview process, first with a Director and then with a Partner, proved to be a professionally invigorating experience. The Director's questions were incisive, requiring me to showcase my analytical abilities and make well-reasoned assumptions. Transitioning to the Partner's interview felt seamless, with a continued emphasis on clear communication and logical reasoning. Throughout both encounters, professionalism and mutual respect prevailed, fostering an environment conducive to meaningful dialogue. Overall, the interviews provided valuable insights into the organization's expectations and the challenges of real-world scenarios, leaving me eager to contribute and excel in such an environment.
