Group interview. Consisted of group activities and roleplaying shop experiences. It was difficult to figure out what they were looking for in the shop role play experience. There was an odd amount of participants so there was always someone left without a partner.

It was a relaxed group interview which was in a calm friendly environment. The staff were encouraging and everyone had a chance to speak and share their ideas. It was interactive as well, with the staff showing the bathbombs being used and how they interact with customers

One of the best interview experiences ever! In a group interview, we were told about the history of lush and basically what the role is. Then we had do to a few activities like selling a bath bomb by using descriptive words and explaining the ingredients etc.
