Entretien
The interview process is quite lengthy, but they make sure you have a great experience no matter the outcome. Plenty of opportunities to ask question and they always provide feedback.
Interviews:
- screening interview with TA (30-45 min)
- hiring manager (45 min)
- role play with a team member (30 min)
- 3 x 1-on-1 with various managers (30 min each)

The most important step for them is the role play interview, where they are focusing on discovery questions and how you handle objections and curveballs.

Initial call, call with team leader, case study to present to team afterwards. Everyone was friendly and positive. They have lots of resources online to use as well to prepare for your call.

The last three rounds are considered as one and the evaluates the candidate on various aspects of company culture.
45-minute interview with HR person, followed by a 1-hour interview with the CSM Manager.All interviews will be conducted online.Before the HR meeting, you will receive a link to the culture code, which outlines their values and culture.
