It was a very long process my first interview was back on january, first screening with the recruiter, then a 40 minute call with the hiring manager with STAR questions, then a 2.5h call with 4 members of the team, each person was evaluating an specific parameter (coachability, time management), lastly an interview with the department director, also STAR based. Everyone was very nice and my recruiter was as big support during the process
