Recruiter call only. Call went very well, lots of engagement from the recruiter, lots of alignment between my skills and the job. Recruiter said she would be sending my info over to the hiring manager and that I’d hear an update in 2 working days, then… she ghosted me. No response to my follow up emails a week later. I assume the hiring manage chose not to move forward, which happens, but if you tell a candidate that they will hear an update, then send them an update, even a prewritten “not moving forward at this time” email. Of course, a lot of recruiters/companies don’t bother either but Hubspot puts a lot of effort into saying they’re different and that they respect candidates and employees. Seems it’s all talk.

Entretien
Took a few weeks longer then I would have expected but with the quality of their team I understand why. Very culturally driven place, they're not just looking for the smartest they're looking for people who they think would best fit that mold
