Long process. 5 stages. Meetings with many different people over the space of a month or so. Never offered the role which was disappointing. I’d say the process is too long winded.

Interview was extremely structured and seems like interviewer follow script when they ask questions lol

Interview with another Manager (mock solution presentation)
Interview with your Sales Director (pretty easy, be human, we talked about fishing)
The two managers you get can make or break you getting in as some are tougher than others.
