I made it to the recruiter's first call screening. The recruiter seemed quite a bit disinterested in the conversation. It was clear she was just reading down a list of questions and she was not truly engaged. When I asked questions like 'how does the company employ its HEART mission each day,' her answer was to the tune of, 'we incorporate HEART everywhere...' that was basically it....I looked up her Linkedin and she'd only been there less than a year but with how deflated she sound, it made me seem like maybe this wouldn't be a cultural fit. The call was scheduled for 30 minutes and it didn't last even 20 minutes. I did not make it past this stage.

Rejected after meeting the hiring manager, but a feedback session was scheduled with clear and constructive reasons to work on. It's disappointing that this felt so unusual, but well done Hubspot for doing what others should.
Only criticism was that the interview was rigidly 7 questions, I understand the need for consistency, but the way it was structured with points interrupted on the basis they would be used again later made for a disjointed experience.
