Those were the most impersonal interviews I’ve ever had in my life. The interviewers asked their questions in a very robotic way, making it extremely difficult to show any personality.
There are two role-plays during the process, and while feedback is generally well-received, for the second one—which is a demo—the interviewer told me that in real life, it usually lasts 45 minutes to an hour. Since we only had 20 minutes, it was naturally hard to cover everything, and we were forced to cut things short.
I’m quite disappointed by the lack of a human touch. During my last interview, the interviewer, who is a Senior Sales Manager, was yawning and rolling her eyes. I find that disrespectful, considering I spent hours and days preparing, and it has been such a long process.
