I really enjoyed the interviewing process with Hubspot. It started off with the 3-hour online coding assessment. A few weeks after this I was contacted by my recruiter who scheduled a phone interview with me, we discussed the role and why I was interested in it. Another few weeks passed and I was scheduled for the final round interviews. This consisted of a back-to-back system design interview and coding interview. Both of my interviewers in this final round were extremely welcoming and friendly, and they were very supportive of me throughout the interviews. Compared to interviews I've done for other companies, this one stands out as one of the best ones. There was a good line of communication between the recruiter and myself, all of my questions were always answered and I was always informed of the next steps and when to expect to hear back from them.
