I was referred to HubSpot by a former colleague who was working there at the time. After submitting my resume the process went as follows: -Recruiter phone screen -Hiring manager phone screen -In person interview with the manager and some of the team -In person role play with manager and met with VP's All of this went down within a three week period (could have been shorter but I wasn't very flexible with scheduling as I juggled my full-time position, which they were understanding of and didn't pressure me into making myself more available). The process was thorough which gave me a good opportunity to properly relay my strengths and interests in joining the company.
